Stroud to Lead Thomasville Sales

Rick Stroud has joined as Furniture Brands International (NYSE: FBN) division Thomasville Furniture as vice president of sales.
Stroud is responsible for leading the Thomasville gallery sales organization and will oversee the management of all Thomasville retail gallery accounts. He reports to Thomasville and Drexel Heritage Furniture President Ed Teplitz.
Stroud most recently served as national sales manager for Hekman Furniture. Prior to that, he held various positions in furniture sales management with Futura Leather, Progressive Furniture, Silver Furniture and Royal Patina. Stroud also was the president and owner of SOS Inc., a product sourcing company.
We are pleased to add Rick to the Thomasville team, Teplitz said. Ricks leadership skills and passion for the business, combined with the strength of the Thomasville brand, will be beneficial to us and to the retailers we serve.
