World Market Center Las Vegas announced that 22 tenants have signed long-term, permanent leases in time for next week's Summer Las Vegas Furniture Market.
In total new tenants will occupy 250,000 square feet of space and will be located throughout World Market Centers three contiguous buildings.
Newly signed permanent leaseholders at World Market Center Las Vegas include upholstered furniture manufacturer United Furniture Inds., which was created in early 2000 through the merger and acquisition of three established companies--Comfort Furniture, Parkhill Furniture and United Chair. United Furniture will occupy a 21,332-square-foot showroom in Building B, Suite 1380, doubling its original space. HTL International, a manufacturer of leather sofas and leather upholstery hides, will occupy a 15,223-square-foot showroom in Building B, Suite 900.
We are thrilled to be able to offer our buyers even an even greater product selection this summer by partnering with these new tenants, said Craig Staack, vice president of leasing--home furnishings for International Market Centers, the parent company of World Market Center Las Vegas. We are gearing up for a robust and productive Summer Market and are pleased to welcome these companies to Las Vegas as permanent tenants.
Among the established leading brands that have renewed permanent leases on their existing showrooms at WMC are Furniture Brands International companies Lane Furniture and Broyhill Furniture, as well as Magnussen Home Furnishings, Powell Co. and many others.
Other manufacturers that have recently renewed their commitment to World Market Center Las Vegas with long-term leases include: Benchmaster, Corsicana, Palliser, Intercon, Albany, Eleanor Rigby, Fine Home, Horizon Home, Lazar, Meifeng, Michael Nicholas Design, Pinestone, Planum, Sigla, FocusOne Home, Next Door, Atlantic Inc. and Kian.
