Pure LatesBliss Expands POP in Las Vegas

By Home Furnishings Business in Bedding on July 23, 2012

Luxury mattress vendor Pure LatexBliss will expand its point-of-purchase solutions at the upcoming Las Vegas Furniture Market.

Design consultant Marty Walker, former vice president of visual merchandising for Pier 1 Imports, will be on-hand to help retailers create an ideal layout of their retail space and incorporate the Pure LatexBliss POP solutions to their showroom floors. For the first time, retailers can start planning their store layout at the time they place the order and can leave market with design layouts in hand. The company also will introduce a customizable POP solution designed to increase a sales ticket through bedding accessories.

€œIndustry research shows that a visually appealing showroom floor maximizes sales. In addition to creating top-notch products, we provide our retail partners with a high-impact marketing strategy to increase the average ticket number,€ said Pure LatexBliss President Kurt Ling. €œMarty Walker€™s floor layouts are the best. He has helped Pier 1 become one of the most successful retailers in the country. From branding our products with eye-catching POP materials, to prominently introducing the latex category into their store, or creating an entire shop-in-shop experience, Marty can help them create the best environment for optimal retail results. By bringing him to market, we are offering our customers expert insight on the ways to best present our merchandising elements to their showroom floors.€

In addition to the company€™s current custom pillow and topper display and the recently introduced €œbliss theatre,€ Pure LatexBliss, Atlanta, has developed a €œCustomFIT€ end-of-bed POP solution that shows consumers how to customize a mattress for better sleep. The new display shows images of beds with and without toppers to demonstrate how adding a two- or three-inch topper can personalize the mattress to create a medium or plush feel.
