Flexsteel Ups Dividend

Flexsteel Inds. (NASDAQ: FLXS) will issue a 50 percent increase in its quarterly dividend with its $0.15 per share dividend.
The increased dividend, payable July 2 to shareholders of record as of June 15, is the third increase since March 2009.
The board of directors said it is committed to improving shareholder value through "increased dividends based upon sustainable earnings per share."
