Burvikovs Joins Highland House as Senior Fashion Director

Fabric expert and interior designer Jana Burvikovs has joined full-line furniture vendor Highland House as senior fashion director.
In her new position Burvikovs will be responsible for upholstery fabric direction as well as showroom design. She also will serve as a liaison to work with dealers and designers on fabric and fashion direction for their stores.
Most recently, Burvikovs was vice president of design at Wesley Hall, and her career also includes stints with Textile Fabrics Associates and Ethan Allen.
We are fortunate to have someone with Janas taste and experience level to join us at such an important time for the company, said Highland House President Parker Goss. Janas experience will be key for us as we prepare for the launch of the new Candice Olson collection of upholstery and case goods to be introduced in October.
Highland House, headquartered in Hickory, N.C., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Century Furniture.
