Profit Management Promotions to Hold Market Seminar

Profit Management Promotions will hold a seminar on special event promotions on Saturday at High Point Furniture Market.

The event, scheduled for 10 a.m. in the Retailer Resource Center will educate furniture retailers on the benefits of incorporating special event promotions into their annual advertising campaigns.

"Most retailers do not realize that promotion companies are here to help them improve business," said Ron Cooper, director of sales and marketing for PMP. "Many people are under the assumption that companies like ours exist only to help retailers go out of business, and that is far from true. More than half our promotions are designed to keep the retailer in business by giving them a jump start and then outfitting them with better tools for future success."

The topics to be covered include how a promotion company's sales events are different and stronger, the benefits they provide to the retailer, who should hire a promotion company, and what type of result to expect.

The seminar will be presented by senior members of Profit Management Promotions, a furniture promotion company that has been in business for more than 25 years.
