The old Bassett Superior Lines furniture plant in the 2600 block of Fairystone Park Highway in Bassett caught fire Thursday evening, threatening a nearby furniture warehouse and spawning brush fires. "The building was under demolition, however, it was adjacent to a building that's not," said Rodney Howell, Henry County's director of public safety.
