Bedroom Review Extended … Again

The U.S. Department of Commerce has again extended its administrative review of 2010 Chinese bedroom furniture shipments.

In February, DOC had extended the deadline to March 22, but according to a Federal Register notice of the most recent extension, it required additional time to evaluate the arguments and submissions made by interested parties following the Preliminary Results, which had been issued October 24.

By statute, the final results of the 2010 administrative review are due August 19.  Because August 19  falls on a weekend, the final results are now due no later than
August 20.
