Linwood Furniture, a local manufacturer which helped keep Bob Timberlake-licensed products continued to be made in America, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The filing was entered March 5 in Winston-Salem under federal bankruptcy court jurisdiction. The business, opened in 2006, lists assets of $3.7 million and $6.9 million in debt.
