JLA Home has acquired Artboxx, a supplier of framed art.
As part of the deal, JLA Home also bought
Art in Motion and
Intercontinental Art, both divisions of Artboxx and suppliers of art and wall décor.
The Artboxx business will operate as a wholly owned division of JLA Home. JLA is committed to continuity of management.
With strong home furnishings global branding coordinated across multiple divisions, framed art is a natural expansion of the JLA business model," said Edmund JLA Home chief executive officer. "Artboxx, Inc. is a leading supplier of framed art with virtually the same client base as JLA. The two companies fit neatly together with little overlap and much to gain from the synergies.
