Leather Italia USA has created two business divisions to promote a focus on specific distribution channels and the sales growth of these segments.
Bob Miller, previous controller for the company, was promoted to the general manager position for the company's Bricks and Mortar division (traditional furniture store distribution). Miller has been integral in all aspects of the operations and financial structure and will be concentrating on fine tuning all areas of this division with emphasis on growing sales with the traditional retailer base. Miller will reports to Gene Winters, president.
Bob has done a fine job in the company and is deserving of this position," said Mike Campbell, CEO. "Bob will add energy and insight to our North American base of brick-and-mortar retailers.
Tim Bohon, previous executive vice president/ecommerce general manager, has been named president, eCom division. Bohon was previously executive vice president/COO for Leather Italia USA prior to taking on the responsibilities for ecommerce sales over a year ago. Bohon reports to Winters.
Mr. Bohon has presented the skill sets necessary to lead this division of our company," Campbell said. "Tim will be supported by a great staff internally and will utilize this energy to enhance the division."
Dwight Hardison will support both of these divisions along with the OEM segment as vice president of merchandising for the various product portfolios and programs specified for the growth of the divisions. The Bricks and Mortar division sales team will also report to Hardison.
