Nov. 20-Dec. 4, Benjamin Rugs and Furniture will donate 5 percent of sales to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Opened in September of 2005 in Secaucus, N.J., Benjamin Rugs and Furniture is the brainchild of owner Benny Aziz and his wife, Interior Designer Stephanie Cohen. The store represents an expansion from the company's core business, oriental rug importing and wholesaling, into the sale of all types of home furnishings, accessories and lighting.
Shoppers will find a large selection of both transitional and traditional home furnishings including brands such as Bernhardt, Hickory Chair, Stanley, Lexington, Hickory White, CR Laine, Elite Leather, Vangaurd, Schnadig, Bradington Young, Universal Furniture, American Drew, Theadore Alexander, Nuevo Living, Ferguson Copeland, Global Views and more.
Susan G. Komen for the Cure has invested more than $1 billion to become the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.
