Mealeys Furniture has opened a 60,000-square-foot furniture store at Valley Fair Shopping Center in Devon, Pa.
Mealey's held a grand opening at the store, its sixth in the tri-state market, on Oct. 1.
Metro Commercial's Michael Gorman represented Mealey's Furniture in the transaction.
Mealey's Furniture, a multi-generational family business, has operated in the Philadelphia region since 1970, and specializes in a wide selection of in-stock affordable furnishings with seven-day-a-week delivery.
The new location complements existing stores in Warminster, Oxford Valley and Bensalem, Pa.; and Maple Shade, N.J. The retailer has an outlet/distribution center in Morrisville, Pa.
