Global Furniture USA will have a new 25,000-square-foot showroom in Furniture Plaza for October High Point Furniture Market.
The new space is space 615 in Furniture Plaza.
The importer and distributor of contemporary bedroom, dining, entertainment, leather, and occasional furnishings, which has a U.S. customer base of more than 2,000 retailers, previously showed in its own building on West Commerce Avenue.
"As we grew as a company and expanded our product line, we outgrew our showroom," said Alex Vaysman, president of Global Furniture USA. "Furniture Plaza is a natural fit for us because our customers are already shopping this complex, so it easy for them to see us here."
At Market, Global will introduce an entirely new product line called Main Street by Global, which features more than 40 new upholstery groups and 14 new bedrooms. Global will also add 15 new upholstery groups and six new bedrooms to the existing line.
"We are thrilled to have Global Furniture back in our complex," said Steve Johnson, assistant general manager for Market Square AC Management. "They outgrew their space in Plaza Suites and moved into a larger building in town, but now are back with us in a much larger space that fits their current needs. Its amazing to see the growth this company has experienced over the last six years."
