Supercat Strengthens Team

SuperCat Solutions, provider of the eCat iPad sales app, has expanded its team in response to growth and to add support required for upcoming new features.

"With the addition of staff, we are poised for growth," said Steve Thrasher, president of SuperCat, Wilson, N.C. "This will enable us to maintain our current high level of service well into the future. Our customers expect an elevated degree of responsiveness and we want to continue providing that to them as we grow."
 
Dan Webb will serve as the new director of implementation and support, reporting to Thrasher. Webb has extensive practical experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing and distribution in a variety of challenging contexts. He also has strong IT credentials as well as experience with IBM on its PC division support team, both of which qualify him to assist SuperCat's customers.

"With Dan on the team, we will be able to continue to provide an exceptionally high level of prompt service," Thrasher said. "Dan leads by example because he understands the need for a skilled and rapid response to client requests."
 
Four additional team members, including iPad and data management specialists, an app designer and product manager, also are on board.

"Our knowledgeable and experienced development team offers the skills to provide a high level of responsive service to our clients," Thrasher said. "To date our customers are very satisfied with our eCat iPad app and with their experience with SuperCat Solutions. We are working hard to keep it that way as we grow."
