Kincaid Realigns Sales, Marketing Posts

By Home Furnishings Business in Executive Changes on August 7, 2011 Kincaid Furniture Co. has shuffled three of its top sales and marketing positions to better serve its retail partners and manage the company's growth potential.

Todd Hady has been named vice president of sales, responsible for managing all sales functions and overseeing the company's team of North American district sales managers. For the last eight years, Hady was Kincaid's vice president of sales in the Northeast. Prior to joining Kincaid, he was vice president of sales for Rhodes Furniture from the midwest to the southeast for 25 years.

Max Dyer has been named vice president of marketing. Dyer is charged with developing and guiding strategic marketing initiatives for the company and its retailers, including the Kincaid Shoppe program ShoppeLink, advertising, promotions and the company's online and social media efforts. Dyer was previously vice president of sales for the southeast region. He joined the company in 1999.

Continuing as vice president for upholstery sales and merchandising, Steve Beeker assumes responsibility for working with Kincaid's district sales managers to expand the company's upholstery category. Beeker has been with Kincaid for six years. Prior to joining the company six years ago, Beeker was a territory manager for Waverly/F. Schumacher Fabrics.

Hady, Dyer and Beeker will each continue to call on major accounts and report to Steve Kincaid, president.
