Case goods and motion vendor Home Meridian International has added 5,500 square feet of space for next week's Las Vegas Furniture Market.

The move brings Home Meridian's total in World Market Center(http://wmclv.com), Building C, Suite C-1401, to nearly 27,500 square feet.

Home Meridian International imports more than 10,000 containers each year and maintains warehouses on both coasts.  About one-third of its employees reside in Asia and the company has deep relationships with about 20 factories.

Home Meridian International€™s newly expanded showroom will encompass SLF (Samuel Lawrence Furniture), Pulaski Furniture and PRI, which was acquired in January 2010 and specializes in motion upholstery. More space was required to showcase expanding brands and new product which will be introduced in August.

"The growth of the Home Meridian family of companies is an exciting indicator of its success at the Las Vegas Market," said Tom Mitchell, home furnishings president of International Market Centers, parent company of World Market Center Las Vegas. "This innovative company adds value to every link in the supply chain, allowing it to earn business with top retailers worldwide."
