Da Vinci Says 'No' to Unconditional Returns

The scandal-hit Da Vinci Furniture Ltd has finally fronted up to customers regarding settlement of claims, Cnr.cn reported Thursday. A salesperson from Da Vinci's Beijing outlet told the reporter that the company is willing to be responsible to customers, but unconditional return of goods is not accepted. According to the salesperson, customers can return goods and receive a refund or an exchange if they can show a report from an authority which proves the furniture they bought has quality problems, the website said.
