Blacklion Leases New Space in Charlotte

The 150,000-square-foot retail building was constructed in 1991. Blacklion will open its doors in September, according to CoStar information. Rush Dunaway of Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Michael Martin of Newport Properties Commercial Division represented the landlord, GHT Investments LLC.
