Ethan Allen Strengthens Contract Division

"We are pleased that Norman and his team have joined Ethan Allen Contract to assist us in building this very important initiative," said Farooq Kathwari, chairman and CEO. "He understands the needs and scope of the contract business."

MacLeod is the founder and owner of Hay Creek Hospitality, which specializes in the ownership and management of small, full-service boutique hotels.

Prior to Hay Creek's launch in 2005, MacLeod had been with Starwood Hotels and Resorts where he held a number of positions, including executive vice president for Westin Hotels and Resorts and Sheraton Hotels worldwide, as well as executive vice president of operations for North America.

He has managed such prestigious hotels as Park House in Boston, The Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati, and the Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. He has also been involved in developmental and operational roles for Omni Hotels & Resorts.
