Employees of the Ashley Furniture HomeStores in Midland, Lubbock, Amarillo and Hobbs, N.M., are among those receiving back wages following a U.S. Department of Labor investigation. Han Nara Enterprises, doing business as Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Lubbock, has agreed to pay $57,286 in minimum and overtime back wages to 170 current and former employees after the investigation by the U.S. Department of Labors Wage and Hour Division found violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
