Home Trends and Design Has New High Point Showroom

By Home Furnishings Business in Case Goods on March 10, 2011

Eco-friendly case goods furniture vendor Home Trends and Design has a new High Point Furniture Market showroom, Market Square 204.

The company specializes in the design and manufacturing of solid mango furniture in the categories of dining, occasional, bedroom and accent furniture, and other old reclaimed woods with iron and steel that has the soft industrial loft appeal.

"The authentic feel of Market Square, with the old hardwood floors, original brick walls and wooden pillars and beams has an unparalleled look and feel," said Hank Cravey, president Of Home Trends and Design. "This environment will enhance the hand made look and feel of our product. Our new showroom is also much larger, which we needed in order to show all of our new product offerings this market."

In High Point, the company will add new SKUs to its new Casablanca and Florence collections, which debuted at the recent Las Vegas Furniture Market.

"Home Trends and Design will be a wonderful addition to the Market Square complex," said Brian Bunch of MMPI. "Their product offerings fit perfectly with the other higher-end specialty lines in the building."

Based in Austin Texas, HTD has a leading specialist in designing and manufacturing solid Mango furniture, a renewable resource. Home Trends and Design is a member of the American Society of Furniture Designers and a founding member of the Sustainable Furnishings Council.
