TemaHome to Show in High Point

By Home Furnishings Business in Case Goods on March 4, 2011 TemaHome, one of Portugal€™s largest manufacturers of contemporary furniture and home furnishings, will be showing in 220 Elm during the Spring High Point Market.

With sales in 48 countries, the company is looking to further establish its view and identity worldwide. The company will be sharing space with Outer Limits in showroom 311.

Entirely designed by Portuguese designers and international guests such as John Jenkins (UK) and the Lime studio (Spain) , the pieces bring functionality and design to  today€™s economic reality exploring the contemporary heritage that have made the TemaHome products a commercial success for 30 years. The company will be unveiling a number of products produced in a environmentally-friendly and green-certified way in its factory in Tomar, Portugal. The collection features clean, functional and contemporary pieces meant for every day urban living.

TemaHome was founded in 1981 by Norwegian and Portuguese investors. Today, TemaHome products can be found in more than 1,400 retailers across 48 countries. The company has a 170,000-square-foot production facility and employs 160 people.
