PMD Furniture Direct Names Top Franchises

Furniture retail franchiser PMD Furniture Direct has named its President's Club Award-winning franchisees for 2011.

The winners will travel to Aruba in May. The President's Club Award goes to the top performing franchise owners and is based on their gross purchases and an internal point calculation system from the prior year.

The newest class of winners was announced at an awards banquet held earlier this month during PMD's National Sales Conference for franchisees in Columbus, Ohio. This year's winners include: Jerry Krieg, Tacoma, Wash.; Brad Loy, Boise, Idaho; Charlie Colwell, Birmingham, Ala.; Bob Wert, Chico, Calif.; Lynn Metzer, Denver, Colo.; and Sandi Varn, Tallahassee, Fla.

"We believe it important to recognize great work, and the President's Club winners are examples of hard work paying off in many ways," said PMD Founder, President and CEO Jeff Hosking.
