Dorel Declares 15-Cent Dividend

By Home Furnishings Business in Case Goods on February 18, 2011 Industry supplier Dorel Inds. has declared its regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share.

The dividend covers the outstanding number of Dorel's class A multiple voting shares, class B subordinate voting shares and deferred share unites.

The dividend is payable March 17 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 3.

Dorel is a supplier of  home furnishings, juvenile products and bicycles. The company's home furnishings segment markets an assortment of furniture products, both domestically produced and imported.
