Eulberg Resigns from Martin, Joins Bush

By Home Furnishings Business in Executive Changes on January 23, 2011

Karl Eulberg has left case goods vendor Martin Home Furnishings to join Bush Ind. as vice president and national accounts manager for the retail products division.

At Martin, Eulberg had served as vice president of sales and marketing.

"Karl's skills, thoughtfulness and high energy have helped our company grow in his 16-year tenure with the company. Karl has been a very important part of our accomplishments," said Martin's CEO, Gil Martin. "With the unconditional design and sales support of our brand partnership with Kathy Ireland WorldWide, we are prepared to present the world's finest furniture as we expand our presence in our many channels of distribution. Karl's presence will be missed, but his leave gives Martin the opportunity to add a leader who has experience in all of our furniture categories. We will continue our powerful commitment to the office and entertainment category as we expand our bedroom development and sales."

"Working with Martin Home Furnishings and their team has been a tremendous experience," said Eulberg. "This transition allows me to continue to collaborate with Martin while driving Bush Industries into the retail channel with great new promotional products designed by the Kathy Ireland Office brand. Together, the two Kathy Ireland World Wide brand partners are able to provide a complete solution for the retailer in office and entertainment from promotional price points in RTA to fully assembled fine furniture, all designed by KIWW."

"I'm delighted that Martin has such a wealth of new opportunities," said Kathy Ireland, chief designer and CEO of KIWW. "Gil and I take great joy in what our teams are accomplishing together. We look forward to many years of success as we work closely with the nation's finest retailers in bringing our beautiful designs to market. We are all appreciative of Karl's contribution to Martin and the Kathy Ireland Home by Martin program."
