Bedding protection products vendor Protect-A-Bed has named Rose Leahy key accounts manager in its retail division.
In her new position, Leahy will expand relationships with retail partners and ensure the company's goods and services consistently meet customer needs. Leahy has worked for Protect-A-Bed since October 2006 and has been involved in all aspects of the company including sales, training and marketing.
"Protect-A-Bed has a long history of wonderful partnerships with our retail clients and supplying quality mattress protection products along with a product training program," said Protect-A-Bed CEO James Bell. "Rose has proven that she is an integral part of the team by building relationships with key customers. In her new position, she will expand these relationships and bring additional resources to our customers."
Leahy and Protect-A-Bed's retail team work with retail clients across the country to help them educate their customers on the benefits of creating a healthy sleep zone and protecting their bedding investment.
"Sleep barriers like dust bites--which are a leading cause of asthma and allergies--and the recent bed bug infestations are causing customers to be more proactive about protecting their mattress and pillows against these invaders," Leahy said. "We're here to help our retailers educate their customers on how to properly protect their investment with Protect-A-Bed products."
One of the key focuses for Protect-A-Bed is to provide complete customer satisfaction.
"Our team of dynamic sales associates and trainers work day-in and day-out with our clients to make sure their sales forces are familiar with our products' features and benefits, as well as the most effective approach and techniques to the end user," Bell said.
