Bedroom furniture manufacturer AP Inds. has launched a new Web site structure and design to increase the site's efficiency and the company's brand awareness.
The new APIndustries.com is divided in three distinctive consumer categories: adult, youth, and baby. Each age range is separated into traditional, transitional and contemporary lifestyle categories to reflect the fact that AP targets all ranges of consumers in its bedroom manufacturing.
AP also added a buying guide to the Web site that will help consumers focus on the important factors to consider when they are planning to buy new bedroom furniture for themselves or for their children.
"The new look is a direct reflection of where AP is moving as a company and much more user friendly," said Olivier Van Houtte, marketing and communications coordinator for Laurier-Station, Quebec-based AP Inds. "Consumers and retailers will love it."
In coming weeks, AP also will launch a new dealer locator on the site, which will tie into the gallery program AP plans to launch in 2011.
"AP is taking steps every day to better its brand recognition, its overall partnership with retailers, and taking this step with the website also let us better our brand with the consumer," said Vice President of Sales Ken Loh II. "The Web site we hope will become the main funnel for a direct connection between consumer and our Preferred Partners."
