Human Touch is showcasing a retail gallery program designed to boost sales and profitability for its line of Perfect Chair Recliners this week at
High Point Market.
The Human Touch Wellness Studio gives retailers a complete display package that allows them to create an interactive environment to tell the Human Touch story. The program includes the complete collection of Human Touch Perfect Chairs, along with accessories, point-of-sale materials, and marketing, training, and sales support for participating retailers provided by Human Touchs sales team.
The Human Touch Wellness Studio is designed to produce a strong ROI, bringing retailers better than industry average sales per square foot," said Andrew Cohen, president of Human Touch. "Human Touch makes it easy for retailers to participate by keeping the Wellness Studio buy-in low and arming them with all the tools they need to succeed, including an array of models, popular price points, strong profit margins, advertising support and compelling promotions.
Some Human Touch retail partners have already installed the program and give it positive reviews.
We have been selling the Perfect Chairs since June, and they have been very successful for us," said Bryan Miller, owner of
Stone Barn Furnishings in Mt. Hope, Ohio. "We find that now consumers are more stressed than ever, and in todays challenging economy, many of them are cutting back on luxury spending toward items, such as a retreat to the spa, to feel better. But with the Perfect Chair consumers can create their own personal respite from lifes daily stresses right in the comfort of their own home, which is an extremely important part of their purchasing decision.
Unwind Back & Body in Jackson, Miss., is also having strong results from the gallery.
The Human Touch Wellness Studio is the ideal turnkey solution to providing our customers with a memorable health and wellness experience when they visit our showroom, and a wide selection of high-quality chairs to meet their individual needs," said Toby Shenefelt, owner of the store. "With the Perfect Chair line, we are able to fit each of our customers in the right chair for them. With this new program, we are expecting to increase our Perfect Chair sales this year by three to four times from last year.
