WAC Lighting's Modernism Collection has received a Gold Design of Excellence Award in Design Journal's 2010 ADEX competition.

The Modernism collection features hand-blown opal glass luminaires with energy-saving compact fluorescent lamping.The three groups included in the family are Zeitgeist, Tabula Rasa, and Avant Garde. All offer pendants ceiling mounts, close-to-ceiling fixtures and wall sconces.

The ADEX Awards constitute the largest and most prestigious awards program for product design of furniture, fixtures and finishes marketed to the design trade.
