IHFRA Offers Insurance Program

The International Home Furnishings Representatives Association has teamed with Home Furnishings Insurance Group for a comprehensive personal insurance program.

The new program offers IHFRA members a multitude of health and wellness insurance and discount options. All plans are individually purchased and members have the ability to customize plans according to their own unique needs and objectives. HFIG is a full service insurance agency wholly dedicated to the development, sales and service of insurance to the furniture industry. HFIG also serves as the strategic exclusive insurance partner with the National Home Furnishings Association and the Interior Design Society.

In addition to major medical and numerous life insurance solutions, IHFRA's program offers valuable new benefits such as cancer, accident, short-term medical, disability income and critical care insurance plans. Also included is a Benefit Discount Card designed exclusively for IHFRA members. Although the IHFRA discount card is not insurance, it will provide substantial discounts for members and their families including chiropractic care, visioncare, dental care, travel assistance and a free discount pharmacy service which can be used at more than 60,000 participating locations including independent, national and regional pharmacies nationwide. 
The network, administration and service behind the IHFRA card is underwritten by New Benefits Inc., a nationally recognized discount program provider.
