Tweet Up at Las Vegas Market

The Kaleidoscope Partnership has partnered with World Market Center Las Vegas for the first official World Market Center cocktail "tweetup."

Tweetups are events where people using the social media micro blogging platform, Twitter, come together in real life to meet one another, take pictures and/or videos and tweet about their experience together.

Attendees can meet, tweet and eat with market attendees, the media and celebrity designers Christopher Lowell, Darryl Carter, HGTV's Monica Pedersen and many others, starting Monday at 5 p.m. in the HotSpot: Social Media Bar in WMC-C1096.

In addition to the real life cocktail event, the tweetup also will be held live, at the same time, on Twitter, an industry first. This will enable thousands of interior designers, consumers and fellow home furnishings friends from around the world to share in the excitement and glamour of the event who otherwise would not be able to do so.

To join the real life event on Twitter, search Twitter using the hashtag #tweetupWMC starting at 5 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Monday, Aug. 2nd and follow @tkpleslie, @tkpsev and @WorldMarketCtr on twitter.
