With Valentine's Day around the corner, Promemoria, the brand known for its luxurious furniture that soothes the sight and touch alike—it echoes this year's inclination toward intense and complex shades with its feel-centric and sensuous design.
Amid warm and sumptuous coffee, chocolate, cherry, and garnet notes of browns and reds dominating this year's colorscape, Valentine's Day could not feel more indulgent and voluptuous. The pieces draw from the pleasure of living and love and from the idea that furniture is a witness to our lives' key moments.
Promemoria has a wonderful selection of these pieces to be enjoyed throughout the month of love and beyond.
Beginning with Les Branches sofa in velvet red, it is a twist on the iconic collection conceived by designer Andrea Sanguineti for Promemoria. The sofa marries an organic, curvaceous front profile with an energetic backrest sealed by a cross-branching motif in wood.
In the scarlet cherry red version, the artisans used a garnet red velvet upholstery and a black sand-blasted beech for the structure. A moveable armrest on the front creates a divider or an impromptu extra seat for intimate conversation!
Scrigno is a bedside table complemented by a built-in shelf, completely covered velvet for this special re-edition of the company's classic. The inside oak structure is embellished by a glass shelf with a bronze profile and completed by a LED interior lighting. Like a treasure chest, Scrigno has a bronze key lock. The key is shaped like a frog, the brand's signature symbol.
Vittoria is an embracing, comfortable and precious armchair for lovers and dreamers alike. It has beechwood legs and a seat upholstered in cherry red velvet. Each chair has a precious detail: a smooth dark bronze handle on the back, to facilitate movement.
As testimony to a legendary art, Promemoria pieces represent the highest expression of the purest Italian excellence. Craftsmen through ancient techniques and fine materials create an extraordinary symphony of traditions.
Promemoria is a reality with a long tradition but constantly evolving. At its debut in interior decoration, in 1988, Romeo Sozzi chose for his business a name that is a declaration of love for the ability to conserve: the handmade, the extraordinary, the exceptional.
Remembering the past to improve the future, this is the company's true mission, which sinks its roots in tradition to build a solid future. Deeply linked to the territory of Lake Como, Promemoria often produces custom made and limited edition products, which are also appreciated internationally.
