Please fax a copy of your current mailing label to 404-961-3749, e-mail us at info@hfbusiness.com or call our customer service department. Please be sure to provide us with both you new and old address and a method to reach you in case we have a question.
2. How do I change the name on a free subscription?
Due to audit regulations we cannot transfer a free subscription from one individual to another. Click here to request a free subscription in your own name.
To cancel the old subscription you can call our customer service department or fax a copy of a current mailing label to 404-961-3749. You can also e-mail us at info@hfbusiness.com. Please be sure to provide us with the magazine name, your name and complete mailing address and a method to reach you so we can confirm your cancellation.
3. How do I renew my subscription?

4. How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel the old subscription please fax a copy of a current mailing label to 404-961-3749, e-mail info@hfbusiness.com or call our customer service department from 9:00 to 5:00 ET. Be sure to provide us with the magazine name, your name and complete mailing address and a method to reach you so we can confirm your cancellation.
While we make every attempt to remove you from our list as quickly as possible you may receive one to two additional issues from us. If you continue to receive issues past this time frame please contact our customer service department.
5. How long will it take to get my first issue?
Home Furnishings Business offers free subscriptions to individuals who meet specific pre-established demographic criteria which has been set for each of our titles. Individuals who satisfy this criteria are added as non-renewing subscribers are removed. While it typically takes 6-8 weeks to receive the first issue, it may take several months on some titles due to high demand.

6. What's a digital edition?
Home Furnishings Business is available in print to individuals within the United States and in digital format to all other qualifying individuals. The digital edition is an exact replica of the printed issue, but with special interactive features designed to enhance your reading experience. There are no files to download and no special software is needed. As each new digital edition is released, you will receive an e-mail alerting you that the new issue is available to view. Access is instant with a click of the mouse.
Here are just a few of the benefits of choosing the digital edition:
- Faster access to content as digital editions are available as soon as they are printed.
- Built in search feature that will let you quickly find companies, people and products of interest by entering in keywords within an issue.
- Hyperlinks to all Web sites and e-mail addresses appearing within the issue.
- Ability to print a page or an entire article.
- Ability to e-mail a colleague a message and link to view the current issue.
7. How do I switch from the print to a digital edition or from digital to print?

8. How come I can get this magazine for free?
We are able to offer complimentary subscriptions to select individuals because our costs are offset by the advertising revenue generated by each title.
9. How do I get a replacement copy?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide replacement copies on a complimentary basis. Replacements can be purchased while supplies last by contacting our back issue department from 9:00 - 5:00 ET at 404-961-3734 or info@hfbusiness.com.

11. Why do I have to fill out a form every year?
Subscribers who receive our publications for free are required to fill out a request form every year so that Home Furnishings Business can comply with U.S. postal service regulations and to provide our editors with updated demographic information which helps them keep editorial content relevant.
12. I didn't request this, why am I getting it?
