Home Décor Expansion on Tap for Las Vegas Market

33 new, expanding and relocating home décor resources are confirmed in permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits for Summer 2019 Las Vegas Market, running July 28 – Aug. 1, 2019. According to Las Vegas Market, these leasing gains will add to the more than 4,300 home furnishings and gift resources available at the Market this summer.

“Las Vegas Market presents more than one million square feet of home décor resources in permanent showrooms in Buildings A, B, and C, along with temporary exhibitors in the Pavilions at Las Vegas Market,” said Scott Eckman, executive vice president of furniture and home décor for International Market Centers.

“These 33 companies will add to Las Vegas Market’s already-robust home décor presentation with a wide range of products that include accent furniture, decorative accessories, home textiles, lighting and rugs/floor coverings,” Eckman continued.

Seven exhibitors will open permanent showrooms in Buildings A, B, and C this summer. Newcomers include: Area West, a wholesaler of designer fabrics, wall coverings, furniture and lighting, in 8,155 square feet on A1; Bokara, a manufacturer of rugs, in 2,115 square feet on A4; Creative Touch, a producer of one-of-a-kind rugs, in 2,621 square feet on C3; Impressions Vanity Company, a producer of vanity mirrors and glam room essentials, in 5,356 square feet on C5; Lins Lace, an importer of fine hand-embroidery products, in 763 square feet on C5; METcolors, a manufacturer of pillows, fine art, tapestries and wall art, in 5,356 square feet on C3; and Well Woven, a supplier of high-quality rugs, in 2,515 square feet on A4.

Two current tenants are expanding or relocating their showrooms for Summer Market. Blue Ocean Traders, a producer of antiques and reproductions for home and garden, is relocating and expanding into a 4,770-square-foot showroom on C4; and Canaan Company, a producer of luxurious decorative accents, is expanding by 50 percent into a 4,075-square-foot space on A3.

Additionally, five current home décor tenants are renewing their commitment. Renewing showrooms include: Bramble Co., a manufacturer of customizable furniture and accessories, in 6,376 square feet on C4; Dynasty Gallery, a producer of handmade art glass, in 1,914 square feet on C5; Nourison, a producer of rugs and high-end carpets, in 10,536 square feet on C1; Oriental Weavers, a manufacturer of areas rugs, in 9,863 square feet on C3; and Renwil Inc., a supplier of wall decor, mirrors, lighting, accessories and rugs, in 2,500 square feet on A4.

This summer, The Pavilions at Las Vegas Market also will showcase a number of new and notable home décor resources within the DESIGN HOME, HOME and DISCOVERIES: The Antique Vintage Marketplace destinations, adding to the Market’s 225-plus temporary home décor exhibitors.

Marketgoers can discover design-driven home décor, furniture, and textiles in DESIGN HOME. New exhibitors include: Bolster Interiors Inc. (home furnishings) and Daylight Dreams Editions (wall art). Notable resources are: Filling Spaces (home textiles); Keikico (home textiles); Laura Lee Designs (lighting); and Little Birdie (home textiles).

HOME showcases accent decor, furniture, textiles, linens, and decorative accessories. New-to-Market resources include: Crooks Designs (metal art and décor); Fujian Fairly Foreign Business Exhibition Co. (Chinese pavilion); and Personal Space MB (designer home décor). Notable exhibitors include: Cuevas Wholesale Group (outdoor/garden); Lovinflame (Indoor and outdoor fireplaces, candles); ORE International (home décor); and Picture King (wall décor).

In DISCOVERIES: The Antique Vintage Marketplace, buyers can purchase found objects, antiques, repurposed and recycled home decor, jewelry, and clothing. DISCOVERIES offers cash and carry, order writing and immediate delivery. Notable exhibitors include: Age of Industry (vintage, repurposed, antique); Blue Ocean Traders (antiques and reproductions for home and garden); Brayden & Brooks (wall art and decorative home); Forever Green Art (antique/vintage, decorative accessories); Replica Plants & Décor (artificial plants); and Vintage Addiction (vintage-inspired furnishings).
