IMC Hosts 6th Annual Hospitality Link

IMC Hospitality linkFor the sixth consecutive year, International Market Centers (IMC) will host Hospitality Link, a three-day networking and matchmaking event that connects vendors with key designers and buyers in the hospitality industry. The event will take place March 19–21, 2019, on the World Market Center Las Vegas campus.

“Hospitality Link is highly-interactive and allows World Market Center tenants to invite designers and purchasing agents into their showroom to showcase their full line of hospitality products,” said Scott Eckman, executive vice president of furniture and home decor leasing for International Market Centers. “These ‘one-on-one’ sessions offer hospitality decision-makers the opportunity to feel the product, get a sense of its quality and discuss how it can relate to a project.”

Hospitality Link is presented by IMC and Van Ess Group, and will bring more than 20 active hospitality designers, purchasing agents, owners and operators to vendor showrooms for 25-minute one-on-one meetings. Additionally, networking activities and meals are provided, giving buyers and sellers additional time to meet and socialize.

“Hospitality Link provides us with the opportunity to talk at length with each designer or firm about our capabilities and the solution we can provide to their teams,” said Jonny Peykar, vice president of hospitality for Nourison. “The after-hour events are also good as it helps build comradery with one another.”

“Being able to meet with sales teams in their actual showrooms is invaluable and truly sets Hospitality Link apart from the other trade shows,” said Carolyn McCoy, purchasing agent for Simeone Deary Design Group. “You are able to see and feel the quality of the products and get an understanding of the price points associated with them.”

Showrooms and brands who previously participated include: Currey & Company; Eastern Accents; Global Views; GO Home; Howard Elliott; Jamie Young Company; Kalco Lighting; Leftbank Art; Arteriors; Phillips Collection; Stylus Sofas; Vanguard Furniture; Seasonal Living; Elk Group International; Palecek; Nourison; Zuo; Wendover Art and Gold Leaf Design Group.

A complete list of participants for the 2019 event will be announced soon.
