The BenchMade custom ottoman program places heavy emphasis on stylish and fashionable personalized products. Customers handpick from a variety of square ottomans, benches, and cocktail ottomans, and can then choose custom upholstery treatments, including plain, biscuit tufted, box quilted, and channel quilted.

Decorative nail details are also part of the selection process, with such options as a traditional treatment (no nails), double border, Greek Key, or X-Border. Base options round out the structural customization process, with such options as acrylic, metal, skirted, or wood.
