Bill Hartman Joins Impact Consulting

Industry veteran Bill Hartman has joined Impact Consulting Services as senior vice president. Impact is the parent company of Home Furnishings Business.
Most recently, Hartman was president of Furniture First buying group.
“Bill’s experience of more than 30 years in helping home furnishing retailers become more profitable while maximizing service-based relationships with manufacturers will be invaluable to all of our clients,” said Bob George, president of Impact Consulting. “Bill will convey to our customers the range of services in information, market research, marketing, and management consulting that sister companies Impact Consulting and FurnitureCore provide.”
Hartman resigned his FurnitureFirst position, which he had held since 1994, earlier this year.
“This is the perfect opportunity for me to continue my career of assisting both retailers and manufacturers to increase the bottom line,” Hartman said.
